Warranty
Shortages & Damages
- Inspection of shipments is the responsibility of the customer.
- TACOMABEAST must be notified of any items that are damaged during shipping immediately upon receipt.
- The customer will be responsible for payment of any damages or shortages not reported immediately upon reception of the shipment.
Warranties/Defective Items
- Products found to be defective are covered for a period of one of 1 year from the original purchase date.
- Please use the bulbs provided with our products to complete installation. If bulbs are not provided, please transfer your OEM bulbs. Installing aftermarket bulbs such as LEDs or HIDs will void the warranty on the product.
- TACOMABEAST is not responsible for damage caused by bulbs not supplied with the units.
- All warranty claims must be accompanied by the original proof of purchase. Please retain all boxes, warranty documentation, and owner’s manuals when you receive your items, as they are required for returns and warranty processing.
- TACOMABEAST , in conjunction with the manufacturer, warrants that products will be free of defects in materials and workmanship under normal use by the original purchaser for a period one of 1 year from the original purchase date.
- This limited warranty does not cover damage caused by improper installation, road hazards, accidents, racing, misuse, alteration, or normal wear and tear. This warranty also does not apply to vehicles used in racing or competition, or vehicles modified outside of the original manufacturer’s specifications.
- Important: Manufacturer warranties (such as Spyder Auto) are extended to TACOMABEAST as the vendor. TACOMABEAST will facilitate warranty claims on behalf of the customer.
- Cost of installation and labor is not covered under this warranty. TACOMABEAST shall not be held liable for any incidental or consequential damages or injuries resulting from the use of its products.
- Any item returned as defective and found to be non-defective will not be credited and will be returned at the sender’s expense.
- TACOMABEAST and/or the manufacturer reserve the right to send replacement components for warranty or defective issues when applicable.
- All defective items returned to TACOMABEAST and verified to be defective will be replaced.
- Items found to be defective within 30 days will be issued a return shipping label by TACOMABEAST. Items found to be defective after 30 days must be returned at the customer’s expense.
- An RMA number must be clearly displayed on the return label or packaging. Warranty items returned without an approved RMA number will be refused and returned to sender.
- NOTE:Warranty claims require defective items to be returned for inspection prior to replacement. No exceptions.
Special Notes
Guam, Hawaii and Puerto Rico require additional shipping fees which will be billed after initial purchase. An email will be sent with details.
