How long will delivery take?

Your order will take 1-3 business days to ship, and will be delivered 5-7 business days after you have received a confirmation email.
(Notice Shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on exact address.)

Can I have items delivered to an international address?

Shipping to Canada coming soon. Leave a comment on which product you want from the country you are in. We expand by demand.

How can I submit a picture to Instagram?

Upload your truck through our upload media form tab  (notice not all pictures will be uploaded due to high demand) Make sure to include your username and truck info to increase your chances.

How long must I wait for out of stock product?

We usually restock our inventory at the end of every month make sure to stay tuned.

What is the warranty on our Sound Systems? 

Installed DIY (3 year from date of purchase):
Warranty only applies to operational damage or failure. All components are subject to co-exchange. Replacement parts will be shipped direct to end user and parts being replaced will be shipped back to OEM Audio Plus in prepaid packaging. Components being replaced must be returned.

What Is Not Covered on our OEM Audio System?

Repair of a radio/stereo chassis, speaker and/or any associated electronics performed by a nonauthorized audio service center is not warranted. Any unit that has been subjected to abuse, misuse, accident, or negligent repair or replacement in any way so as to have adversely affected, in OEM Audio plus’ reasonable opinion, the performance, reliability, or stability of the unit is not covered. Elimination of car static, motor noise, or other electrical interference is not warranted. Correction of problems resulting from antenna system, water damage, or correction of faulty installation is not warranted. (Up to now we haven't received a complain.)

Are installation and labor fees covered under warranty/item issues or incorrect items?

Cost of installation and labor is not covered in any instance. All installation or labor fees are the responsibility of the customer and TACOMABEAST shall not be held liable for any incidental or consequential damages and/or injuries from the result of use of its parts.
