NEED TO CANCEL YOUR ORDER?

No worries! If you need to cancel your order, just click on the link. Here’s how it works:

  • If your order hasn’t shipped yet: We’ll cancel it and issue a full refund — no hassle, no fees.
  • If your order has already shipped: We’re not able to cancel it at that point, but don’t stress — you can still return it. Just check out our Return Policy for the full scoop.

WHAT ABOUT CUSTOM OR SPECIAL ORDERS?

Some products are made just for you — literally. Because of that:

  • Custom or built-to-order items may not be cancellable once production starts.
  • Since we work with different brands and suppliers (each with their own terms), cancellation options may vary depending on what you ordered.

ORDERS WITH PROMOTIONAL GIFTS (e.g., MYSTERY GIFT)

If you received a promotional item such as a Mystery Gift as part of your order:

  • If the order is canceled before shipping, the promotional item will also be canceled and will not be sent.
  • If the order is partially returned, and the remaining total falls below the promotional threshold, the promotional item must be returned as well.
  • If the promotional item is not returned when required, its retail value may be deducted from your refund.

HOW REFUNDS WORK

If your order is eligible for cancellation, we’ll send your refund back to your original payment method. Most refunds show up within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank.
