Bumper requires cutting the plastic bumper for installation. Synthetic rope and hawse style fairleads are recommended for best fitment. Certain roller fairleads may not fit the recessed mounting plate. Cutouts provide access to the winch lever. The bumper is designed for 30" single row light bars, including Baja Designs S8, Extreme LED 30" 5D, and RIGID 30" SR series.

➜ If you have ordered an Extreme X6S 30" Amber/White light bar from us with your bumper you will receive a pair of mounting brackets to use for mounting the light into the bumper which will allow it to fit properly.
➜ SHIPS BARE STEEL, powder coat finish not available. Product will need to be painted or powder coated to prevent rusting.
Installation Guide
- Cutouts in front of bumper allow winch lever access.
- Light Bar cutout and mounting tabs designed to work with Baja Designs S8 30″ light and Rigid SR series 30″. All other brands of lights not guaranteed to fit properly.
- Fog light pockets designed for Baja Designs Squadron lights. (Factory fog lights not supported)
- 3/4″ thick D-ring tabs fully welded front and back come standard.
- 115 lbs without bull bar, 125 lbs with mid height bull bar, 130 lbs with full height bull bar, 135 lbs with full height bull bar and headlight hoops.
- Mid-height bull bar not compatible with Toyota Safety Sense.
- SHIPS BARE STEEL, C4 does not offer powder coating services. Bumper will need to be painted or powder coated before installation to prevent rust.
Thickness: Bumper is made from 3/16″ laser cut P&O steel with 1/4″ thick mounting plates. 3/4″ thick D-Ring tabs standard on every bumper and come fully welded front and back.
Height/Weight: 115lbs without bull bar, 125lbs with mid height bull bar, 130lbs with full height bull bar, 135lbs with full height bull bar and headlight hoops.
Warranty: C4 FAB LLC will warranty all products produced and distributed by C4 FAB LLC for ONE YEAR after the shipping date of the product.

- We recommend using winches with synthetic rope and a hawse style fairlead for the best fitment and functionality. Some roller fairleads may be too large to fit the recessed fairlead mounting plate in the bumper.
