Foldout rooftop tents earn their fans for one reason: more sleeping space per inch of roof footprint. But the tradeoff is usually the shell. Most foldout competitors protect their designs with fiberglass or fiber-reinforced plastic — materials that flex under road vibration, develop stress cracks at hardware points and corners over time, and require gelcoat maintenance to stay sealed. Aluminum doesn't. The Kali's hard shell won't crack, won't blister, and won't need resurfacing after a few seasons of hard use. It's the more durable shell choice in a category that usually doesn't offer it.

Innovation in Design: This dual hinge & strut design allows for extra space inside and keeping the closed footprint to a minimum. Additionally, the smaller exterior footprint allows for a perfect application on your below-cab, short bed pickups.
4-Season Use 100% Waterproof: Our patented Tri-Layer technology works like a canteen to strategically fortify the floor, doors, and ceiling where heat would otherwise seep in when it’s hot and escape when it’s cold. FSR Tech Fabric is used everywhere else to minimize weight and maximize packability. Both materials are 100% waterproof to keep you dry always.
Protected From The Elements: Coverage when you need it. The window awnings can be deployed when needed, or tucked out of the way when they're not. Adding the needed protection from a rain downpour but not obstructing your view. Additionally, we included PVC windows to allow light in, or close the interior flap to sleep in.
Expanding Views: Whether you're taking a mid-day siesta or catching an awe-inspiring sunset, the large windows and front door provide plenty of viewing area when inside your tent.
