Materials: Tough 3 layer co-extruded ABS Polymers.
Finish: Painted Satin Black Finish, Install Ready. Factory applied OEM UV Stable Satin Black 2K German Paint Finish. This finish will prevent any premature color fading or material cracking due to the harmful rays of the sun. Gray Super Primed, Paint Ready. Forget about sanding and priming altogether. Factory applied industrial 2K German primer. Just buff it with Scotch-Brite™ and paint.
Paintable: All parts can be easily painted in case you are looking for a Color Match Finish. Just slightly buff the surface with a Scotch-Brite™ and you are all set to paint. No need to remove the factory applied paint or primer that comes with the parts.
Fixation Methods: Patented Air Design Super Bolt® Fixation System. Stainless Steel Bolts and Brass Threaded Inserts. Zinc plated and powder coated brackets, clips and fasteners.
Drilling Required: Not on Sheet Metal. Some drilling may be required on plastic bottom areas.
Installation time: About 90 minutes
