All items are guaranteed against manufacturing defects and breakage for a period of 1 year after the date of sale. The warranty does not cover: abuse, neglect, lost items or normal wear and tear. Returns & Refunds: If you have received an incorrect or defective item we will make it right. Incorrect item(s), defective item(s) or missing parts claims must be made within 30 days of delivery. If you have changed you mind on a purchase you may return it for a refund as long as the item is in "as new, unused" condition. The customer is responsible for return shipping on all orders unless the incorrect item was shipped or the product is defective. Any shipping fees are non refundable. Shift knobs and battery clamps are subject to a $10 restocking fee. Any order older than 6 months is subject to a 10% restocking fee. All non-exchange return shipments are subject to a $5 restocking fee, unless the part(s) were deemed defective or incorrect by AJT DESIGN.
