All OEM Audio Plus components meet OEM specifications and include 3 year/36,000 mile warranty whether installed by an Authorized Dealer or if you opt to Do It Yourself. Factory Warranty is not affected if installation is followed according to OEM Audio Plus installation guidelines.

Our job is not complete until your System is delivered and performing as intended.
Return, Exchange & Refund Policy:
OEM AUDIO PLUS offers a 30-day refund/exchange policy on all unistalled, unopened items that are returned in their original condition and original packaging. The return/exchange shipping cost is the customer’s responsibility, and ALL refunds are subject to a 20% restocking fee (including cancellations after 24 hours of order time) that is deducted from the refund total. Shipping charges, bank/merchant fees and custom overlay options are NON-REFUNDABLE. Any items purchased during a free shipping promotion will have the original freight amount dedutcted from the refund. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all returned items are protected from damage. We recommend that you retain all packaging materials, including overpacking, should you decide to initiate a return. We document and inspect returns before any issuance of a refund.
