PROFILE PERFORMANCE: The automotive aftermarket’s best name in LED Lighting and when you’re ready to color coordinate with an upgrade that’s truly eye-catching, their Grille Glow LED kits are an easy answer. The profile is working hand-in-hand with the industry’s experts to produce the performance that we all expect. Yeah, there are less expensive options on the market and if they were worth considering, we’d carry them instead – but we’re confident the Pixel Grille setup from Profile is worth the premium and then some.

LONGEVITY: First of all, this stuff is made for use on automotive applications. You can’t expect to pick up some generic LED strips from Amazon that were made for use under your cabinets and expect them to hold up against the elements in a car. The Pixel Grille Glow is housed inside of a translucent silicone extrusion that’s durable enough to protect them from the elements but remains flexible. Their dual-layer circuit boards have been simplified over time to reduce complexity, further increasing reliability.

COLOR CHANGING: Like the rest of the products in the Profile line, the LED chips on the Pixel Grille Glow strips are fine-tuned to produce amazingly clear and accurate colors. Whether you’re using the PrismPilot controller or Morimoto’s XBT Bluetooth setup, you can easily set them up in whatever shade of red, blue, green, teal, purple, pink you’re after. Gotta color coordinate!

WIRING: Each Pixel strip has a simple 4-Pin RGB input cable that’s ten feet long, so even if you have a big ass truck – you’ll have more than enough wiring to make a clean run to your RGB Controller. If you happen to need extra length, there are optional plug-n-play extensions available with the kit. All input wiring is insulated in TechFlex mesh for a clean OEM-like appearance and durability.

INSTALLATION: The Profile Pixel strips are designed to be mounted in a universal fashion. While we don’t recommend mounting them to your radiator fan, their flexibility, weather resistance, and long wiring make it easy to find the perfect place to put them anywhere you want. Zip ties are a simple and effective way to hold em down. Overall, these are super easy to install and wire up.

REMOTE CONTROL: First-time users will need to purchase an optional RGB Controller. The Morimoto XBT is recommended for the best performance and color accuracy has a killer iPhone/Android Bluetooth app, and three channels, which can be controlled independently. The Profile PrismPilot is a more basic RF-based setup that has four channels, but no smartphone app or independent output control.
