Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within one, to two, business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Incorrect Shipping Address or Address Changes
Items shall be shipped to the address the Customer has provided to TACOMABEAST. If customer’s address, for any reason, changes, or is invalid, and the product is lost as a result, or delivered to an address from which Customer cannot retrieve it, Customer is solely responsible for said loss, if TACOMABEAST shipped the product to the address supplied by the Customer during purchase. Upon delivery to the address, the Customer supplies when ordering, TACOMABEAST is considered to have completed delivery of the product, and no further liability is assumed by TACOMABEAST, for customer’s actual receipt of item. If customer gives TACOMABEAST an address from which customer cannot retrieve the product, then the customer is fully liable, and delivery is considered complete upon delivery to the address the Customer provided at checkout. If for some reason your package gets "returned to sender" you will be responsible for the cost of shipping the package back to you.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If for some reason your package becomes lost, please contact TACOMABEAST so a claim with the courier can be filed. TACOMABEAST will NOT ship another item until the courier contacts TACOMABEAST about the claim. If you are concerned about theft, please use a shipping address to a business or other safe place. TACOMABEAST is not responsible for stolen or misdelivered packages.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout, except for orders shipping to Hawaii, Guam and Puerto Rico. Please note that additional charges may apply for any order shipping to Hawaii, Guam, or Puerto Rico. Customer, hereby, consents to pay the shipping as quoted at check out, or for Hawaii, Guam and Puerto Rico, Customer agrees to pay the amount invoiced via email, for shipping.
If your shipping address is in Hawaii, Guam or Puerto Rico, you will receive an email, after your order is received, with details of additional shipping charges and an invoice for payment.
Shipment to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses
TACOMABEAST ships to the Continental United States. We also accept special orders for Hawaii and Canada. We do not currently ship to U.S. Territories, other than Guam and Puerto Rico, nor do we ship to APO/FPO/DPO addresses. If an order is received with a P.O. Box address, which requires a physical address, TACOMABEAST will reach out via email, or telephone, to request a physical address. If you fail to provide one, TACOMABEAST will be unable to ship the item, your order will be cancelled, and your purchase money will be refunded, minus a 20% cancellation fee.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
TACOMABEAST is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damaged Goods Policy
While we make every attempt to make sure packages arrive in perfect condition, on occasion a product does get damaged. If this happens with your package, please CONTACT US IMMEDIATELY!
In order to file a damaged goods claim, customer must contact TACOMABEAST no later than 3 days after receiving the product. After 3 days, TACOMABEAST is unable to accept damaged goods claims. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately upon receipt.
TACOMABEAST cannot be held responsible for any product damages incurred during transit. TACOMABEAST will, however, help the customer file a claim with the carrier, but, claims are subject to approval by the carrier.
If you can see damage upon delivery, DO NOT SIGN for the item and REFUSE THE DELIVERY.
If item is delivered with damages, please document all issues with pictures and contact us right away with the delivery slip and photos so we can assist you.
If you need to cancel your order, please fill out the cancellation request form within 24 hours of purchase. Please note that many orders ship within one day, so any cancellations after the initial 24 hours may require the item to be shipped back at the customer’s expense, and be subject to a 20% cancellation/restocking, fee.
This applies to items that have a lead time and are made to order such as custom grilles, roof racks, bumpers, bed racks, sliders and other similar items.
All orders which are built-to-order, and have a lead time, can only be cancelled within three-days of purchase (including weekend days and holidays). After that period, production is started, and we are unable to cancel the order.
In some cases, cancellation is still possible after the three-days, but cancellation will require a 20% cancellation fee. This applies to all custom grilles, roof racks, bumpers, overland bed racks, sliders and other similar products, which are made to order.
Once your custom, or production, order, goes into production, the order is non-refundable.
Mystery Gift Promotions
This applies to promotions where based on the purchase quantity, the orders qualify for free gifts. If customer receives free gifts from this kind of promotion and decides to cancel their order after the free gifts have shipped, customer will be responsible for shipping charges to ship the items back to TACOMABEAST or can opt to keep the gifts and value of the items will be deducted from the refund.
Returns & Exchanges Policy
TACOMABEAST (TCMBST) offers a 30-day refund/exchange policy on all uninstalled, unopened items, which are returned in their original packaging. The return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer and **ALL refunds are subject to a 20% restocking fee based on the total amount paid, excluding shipping charges. Shipping fees are non-refundable.**
Items that cannot be returned include, any items that are clearly marked as “Non-Returnable” on our website, production orders, or orders which have otherwise been custom made.
If the box containing the item has been opened, the box has been tampered with, or if a return is attempted past the 30-day return window, the product will not be eligible for a refund or any type.
For orders where the reason for return is not a result of a TACOMABEAST (TCMBST) error, the customer will be responsible for shipping charges related to the return of the item, and a 20% restocking fee. We recommend all returns be shipped via a traceable, and reliable, carrier service, as TACOMABEAST (TCMBST) is not responsible nor liable, for items lost or stolen during transit.
Any item that shows signs of wear or comes with destroyed packaging, upon return, will be documented and either a 30% restocking fee will be applied, or there will be no return or refund, and the item will be sent back to the customer. This is based on the policy that we do not refund open boxes. It is also based on the policy that you must return the item in marketable condition, including the packaging.
Returns are processed within 5 business days of receiving the item, excluding weekends and holidays. Once your item is received and processed, you will receive an email notification regarding your refund, exchange or any issues related to your returned item.
Please be advised that once the refund is issued, it can take four to five business days for the funds to show up in your account. PayPal payments usually show up immediately in your PayPal account. TACOMABEAST is not responsible for any delays caused by your financial institution.
To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the below form and one of our team members will assist with getting a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) initiated. Please note that RMA requests may take two to three business days to initiate.
No Returns for Gift Cards
If you purchased a Gift Card, they are non-returnable and non-refundable. There are no exceptions.
Warranty & Liability Policy
TACOMABEAST will, pursuant to the conditions below, honor the warranty provided by the manufacturer of each product. Each manufacturer has their own warranty, so warranty details will differ per item. The warranty, of any item purchased through TACOMABEAST.COM, terminates when the original retail purchaser sells, or otherwise transfers, the product.
The warranty, also, terminates pursuant to the terms of the Manufacturer’s warranty. The warranty conditions, length and coverage are dependent on the manufacturer. TACOMABEAST is not responsible for honoring any warranty, other than the manufacturer’s, and offers no additional coverage beyond the terms of the manufacturer’s warranty. The only remedies the customer has are those offered by the Manufacturer’s Warranty.
Each product must be installed following the manufacturer’s recommended fitment and installation procedures, and if same is not followed, all warrantees are void. Any customization or modification to the original product design, functionality or use, voids all warranty eligibility. It is at the sole discretion of TACOMABEAST, and its suppliers, to determine warranty eligibility.
No warranty is given for defects caused by normal wear and tear, cosmetic rust, scratches, accidents, unlawful vehicle operation, products used for racing/competition, or if product is modified/repaired in any way.
No warranty is given for defects resulting from conditions beyond TACOMABEAST’s control, including, but not limited to, misuse, neglect, overloading, improper maintenance, or failure to assemble, mount, or use, the product, in accordance with the manufacturer’s written instructions and/or guidelines.
DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY
REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT OF A DEFECTIVE PRODUCT, OR THE ISSUANCE OF A REFUND OR CREDIT (AS DETERMINED BY TACOMABEAST) IS A PURCHASER’S EXCLUSIVE REMEDY UNDER THIS WARRANTY. TACOMABEAST SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR DAMAGE TO A PURCHASER’S VEHICLE, CARGO, PROPERTY AND/OR TO ANY PERSON.
THE WARRANTY ABOVE, IS EXPRESSLY MADE IN LIEU OF ANY AND ALL OTHER WARRANTIES. THERE ARE NO OTHER WARRANTEES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, THERE ARE NO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
TACOMABEAST’S SOLE LIABILITY TO ANY PURCHASER IS LIMITED TO THE REMEDIES SET FORTH ABOVE. IN NO EVENT WILL TACOMABEAST BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOST PROFITS, LOST SALES, OR FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL, DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE, OR ANY OTHER, DAMAGES, OF ANY KIND.
If you need to file a warranty claim for any item purchased through our website, please fill out the form below and someone from our team will review it and be in contact. Please note that your claim may require that the defective item is sent back for inspection before a replacement is sent out. If this is the case, you will be required to send you defective item first before receiving the replacement item. No exceptions.
